Ticket Desk
The Ticket Desk Service, which manages and sells access tickets to the gallery to attend the Sartiglia event, is provided for by the Fondazione along with general information and information leaflets.
It will be possible to reserve the tickets from 09:00 am of the 15th January 2020 online and at the Ticket Desk service in Via Eleonora d’Arborea n. 15
Opening hours:
- Mon. from 9:00am to 1:00pm and from 4:00pm to 7:00pm
- Tue. from 9:00am to 1:00pm and from 4:00pm to 7:00pm
- Wed. from 9:00am to 1:00pm and from 4:00pm to 7:00pm
- Thu. from 9:00am to 1:00pm and from 4:00pm to 7:00pm
- Fri. from 9:00am to 1:00pm and from 4:00pm to 7:00pm
from February 22nd to 25th from 9:00am to 7:00pm

Tickets are only valid for the date, the event and the gallery indicated on it; the buyer will have to check tickets carefully upon confirming the purchase.
If not used, the tickets cannot be exchanged with tickets for a different date. Please remember that the Sartiglia is an event connected to tradition in all its aspects; therefore, the starting time indicated on tickets might be modified for reasons which cannot be directly ascribed to the organiser. We recommend to reach your seat in the gallery in time, at least an hour before the starting time indicated on the tickets; in order to avoid inconveniences or logistical problems.
Under no circumstances, duplicates of the tickets can be issued.
All prices include taxes.
From age 4, children must pay the entire price.
Children up to the age of 3, don’t pay the ticket (in the gallery, they must be held by their parents) and there’s no need reservation.
Bottles, glass or blunt objects which might do an harm to themselves or to others are not allowed (knives, scissors and helmets).
Pets are not allowed, except trained service dogs registered. Smoking is not permitted.
